We regret we are not able to make accommodation bookings on behalf of delegates.
The following information will enable you to make your own arrangements. Quoting the conference will provide you with better prices.
The organising committee and international guests will be staying at the Hyatt Regency. This is a five star hotel within easy walking distance of the conference venue. Rooms are available for $165 NZD inclusive of tax per day for single/double occupancy. Breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant is an additional $35 per person if required. To book:
1) Go to http://auckland.regency.hyatt.com (this link will open in a new window)
2) Enter your arrival and departure dates, e.g., 29 November 2010 to 05 December 2010
3) Enter the code g-SSES in the “Group/Corporate #” box
4) Click “Check Availability”
5) The above rate should now appear and you can follow the instructions on-screen
