GENERAL INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
All Abstracts and invited papers are subject to peer review using the double blind system.
All abstracts must be submitted for review before authors are invited to submit full manuscripts.
Manuscripts also undergo peer review and those requiring major editing are cross-reviewed before acceptance.
Papers may be accepted for publication: as is; with minor editing; with significant revision and further peer review; or rejected. Authors will be notified accordingly.
Best Practice Presentations Abstract submissions:
For the first time, a small number of ‘best practice’ presentations and reports will be accepted. Abstracts are invited that will outline the systems, design and methodology for selection purposes.
A report will be required (not a full academic paper) to support the presentation.
All presentations must be non-commercial. Papers promoting the sale of services or products will not be accepted.
ABSTRACTS to be received on or before TUESDAY 10 April 2012. Upon request extensions may be granted until the end of April.
Instructions for Authors:
Abstract:
- Word limit for abstracts is 300 words
- Abstracts must be written in Microsoft Word version 6.0 or higher
- The required format is: Times New Roman font – 12 point – single-spaced – justified.
Authors are requested to put the following information at the beginning of their abstracts:
Last Name, Title, First Name,
Other authors (same format)
University, Institute or Company Affiliation,
Full Mailing Address on one line
Telephone numbers (including mobile)
Email address.
Title of the Paper
Intended Category
Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings*
Papers that are essentially advertorial and promoting a company, service or product will not normally be accepted.
The Peer Review panel announces abstracts chosen the week of 14 May 2012.
